Event Description:
Market Square Concerts presents the Terra String Quartet, winner of the Naumburg Chamber Music competition, as well as a prize winner of both Wigmore Hall and Bordeaux string quartet competitions.
The group will open our 45th concert season with music by Schubert and Britten on October 8th at 7:30 PM at the Temple Ohev Sholom. The Terra String Quartet has graciously stepped in for the Galvin Cello Quartet which had to cancel all upcoming performances due to the recent changes in the practical training work authorization rules for foreign students.
If you have already purchased tickets for the opening concert, they remain valid for this performance. Alternatively, you may apply your tickets to any other performance this season. If you prefer a full refund, please contact Ali at akoch@marketsquareconcerts.org or 717-221-9599.
