Cumberland County Quilt Documentation Project
A presentation by the Steering Committee
LeTort Quilt Guild in collaboration with the Cumberland County Historical Society is gathering information, images and stories of vintage quilts (pre 1950) and will publish a book of Cumberland County Quilts.
Presenters will give details of the Project. They will share samples of several pre-1950 quilts and do a mini documentation using one of the antique quilts.
Participants are invited to view the Museum's current Quilt Exhibit, "Pleasing Mother."
This event takes place at the Museum Passenger Station. It is free and open to the public.
