In today’s media climate, it’s easy to become fearful about what seems suddenly off limits and inappropriate at work. It’s not, though, that the rules have changed, but only our attentiveness to them. What constitutes sexual harassment? How can companies encourage and enforce harassment-free workplace settings? What role do hierarchy and power play in these conversations? And is it possible to enjoy humor and time with co-workers without having to always worry about potential harassment claims?
