Join Captain Jeffery T. Rathbun, Commanding Officer NSA Mechanicsburg, NSA Philadelphia and Philadelphia Naval Yard Annex, as he will be our guest speaker presenting this program.

This event will take place at the Museum Passenger Station. It is open to the public. Refreshments are provided. Museum members, children 12 and under, free; Non-members, $4.00.
